About Club Norse
What is Club Norse?
Club Norse is an all-digital loyalty program where you will receive points while shopping our Norse Club partner brands or through other stated activities. These points you can redeem for percentage discounts or other special offers provided by the Club Norse partner brands.
Norse Club is based in Copenhagen. Our mission is to create the best loyalty programme on the market for modern consumers. A programme that is easy to access and navigate, and provides relevant benefits that people actually want and appeal to today’s digital consumers. We are nothing without our members and therefore work hard to adapt to their needs and wishes to become the best loyalty programme possible.

Does it cost anything to join Club Norse?
No, the membership is free of charge.
Is my membership personal?
Yes, only one person can be associated with a membership account.
How old do I have to be to join?
You need to be at least 13 years old to join.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your account from your account page.
How do I collect points?
If both you and the online store, in which you make a purchase, are connected to Club Norse you will get your points automatically when you make a purchase using the same email that you use for your Club Norse account. The points will be available to you at your personal account page.
Does it cost anything to get Norse Points?
No, the points are granted free of charge as described above.
How many points do I get?
One euro spend in a purchase equals one point gained. If your purchase is made in another currency the sum is first converted from your local currency into euros (our base currency) and then into points. In that way, we assure that everyone gets the same amount of points.
Are all purchases rewarded with points?
Yes, all purchased products will generate points with a few exceptions (eg. gift cards)
Do my points expire if I don't use them?
Your points expire 36 months after the month in which they were gained.
How long does it take for my point balance to update after a purchase?
Your point balance will be updated immediately when you have placed your order. In the same way, if you return an order the points gained will be deducted.
Where can I see my point balance?
You can find your current point balance on your account page.
Can I post-register a purchase if I became a member after the purchase took place?
Yes, if you go to your account page you can register previously bought items (within a year from today’s date) in the 'My Orders' section.
What happens with my points if I decide to leave Club Norse
If you want to use your points, you need to do that before leaving. After leaving, all unused points are deleted.

Points Return Policy
What happens with my points when I return a product?
After you return a product, points you earned on that product will be deducted from your account.
Can I return a reward discount?
Yes, if the discount code has not been used. A redeemed reward for a discount can be returned and the points will then be refunded. If you redeem and use a discount code but your product is not delivered for some reason you will be reimbursed for the points used to buy the discount.
Redeeming Points: Discounts and Offers
What can I use my points for?
You have two main options of redeeming your Norse points. You can redeem them into a general discount of either 10, 15 or 20 % discount which can be used on a purchase with all enrolled brands or you can pick your favourite brand and redeem your points on one of the brand-specific offers they provide.
Where do I see my options for redeeming points?
You can see your options available on your personal page. If marked grey, you do not have enough points for that offer.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in to your account page and look at your available options. If marked grey, you do not have enough points for that offer. When you figure out what you want to spend your points on you press the offer and a discount code is generated, which you can now enter at the checkout page of the brand from which you wish to make a purchase.
How do I get information about my current offers?
You will receive updated information about your current offers on your account page on clubnorse.com as well as via our newsletter.

You subscribe to our newsletter on your account settings page.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any point in time via your account settings page, or by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in any of our newsletter e-mails.
Orders, Deliveries and Returns
I have an enquiry about a product I purchased — who to contact?
All questions regarding orders, deliveries, returns etc. is to be sent to the company from which the order was made. We can only help you with questions regarding affiliated points and discounts.
